Alcuin Awards Show

A grid of award-winning book covers.

The Sheridan Library and the Sheridan Typographic Hub are proud to host the Alcuin Society 37th annual Awards for Excellence in Book Design in Canada. As the only national competition for book design in Canada, the awards recognize and celebrate fine book design across the country.

On display are the 35 winning titles, across nine categories—including Illustrated Prose, Comics, Non-Fiction, and Limited Editions—all chosen by this year’s judges Raphaël Daudelin, Frances Hunter, and Mauve Pagé.

Stop by the C-Wing of the Trafalgar Road Campus between now and December 13th and take a look! This exhibit is free and open to the public daily.

Visit here (https://alcuinsociety.com/) for more information about the Alcuin Society and the awards.

Dates: November – December 13
