|Applied Science and Technology Source (EBSCO)
Provides content from leading engineering trade and industrial journals, professional and technical society journals, specialized subject periodicals, buyers’ guides, directories, conference proceedings and more. This collection includes our previous subscription to Applied Science and Technology Full-Text and Computers and Applied Sciences Complete, and expands the collection by 250 journals with articles dating back to 1918.
|Art Source (EBSCO)
Contains full text journal articles covering a broad range of art-related subjects from fine, decorative and commercial art, to various areas of architecture and architectural design. This collection includes our previous subscription to Art Full-text and expands the collection by 300 journals with articles dating back to 1929.
|ASM Handbooks Online
Provides peer-reviewed information in every area of materials specialization. Includes all 23 ASM Handbook volumes with thousands of articles, illustrations, tables, graphs, specifications, and practical examples.
|ASTM Standards Online
Includes the 80+ volume Annual Book of ASTM Standards with ASTM’s 12,000+ standards for engineering.
|Conference Board of Canada E-Library
Includes over 4000 reports on economic trends. Produced by the Conference Board of Canada.
|EBSCO Business Ebooks Collection
Includes over 9,000 ebooks encompassing a variety of business topics such as marketing, finance, supply chain management and entrepreneurship and also focusing on career growth, personal development, communication and networking.
|Education Source (EBSCO)
Offers the world’s largest and most complete collection of full-text education journals, and encompasses an international array of English-language periodicals, monographs, yearbooks and more. This collection will complement our existing subscription to ERIC.
|Euromonitor: Passport Cities
Provides localized city economic profiles and analysis on consumers. Analysis is based on urban economic theory and was developed by Euromonitor’s extended global network of in-country analysts. Covers 850 cities and features with in-depth city reviews, regularly updated reports and breaking news analysis. Reports cover the economic make-up, demographic trends, level and distribution of household income, consumer spending preferences, cities infrastructure and affordability at the city level.
|Humanities Source (EBSCO)
Includes feature articles, interviews, obituaries, bibliographies, original works of fiction, book reviews, and reviews of ballets, dance programs, motion pictures, musicals, operas, plays, and much more. This collection includes our previous subscription to Humanities International Complete and expands the collection by 300 journal titles with articles dating back to 1907.
Provides in-depth business reports with strategic insight and analysis on over 400 Canadian industries.
|IEEE xPlore Digital Library: IET Electronic Library, IEEE-Wiley eBooks Library & MIT ebooks (front list)
Finally, we can now access all IEEE/IET journals, conference proceedings, PLUS active standards—30% of the world’s current literature in electrical engineering, computer science, and related technologies. This collection greatly expands on our previous subscriptions from the IEEE xPlore Digital Library. In addition, we’re adding the IEEE-Wiley ebook collection, which includes over 700 practical handbooks, introductory and advanced texts, reference works, and professional books related to today’s cutting-edge technologies, and updating the MIT ebook collection with the 2014 front list (approx. 40 new ebooks).
|InfoMart: FP Advisor
Provides access to detailed information about Canadian public and private companies, company directors, archival financial information, special analytical tools, and a lead list generator.
Offers in-depth reports on company financials, descriptions, history, property, subsidiaries officers and directors.
|Proquest Business Collection
Contains six essential business research database from Proquest, including ABI/Inform, Entrepreneurship, Accounting & Tax, Asian Business and Reference, and Banking Information Source.
|Safari Books Online: Video Courses & Conference Videos
We’re adding over 1,400 hours of online training videos to our existing Safari Books Online subscription. Plus, we’ve increased our concurrent users to 10. The video collection provides top-notch instruction on web design, software development and graphic techniques from leading experts in training videos like Talented Pixie and Splash Media.
Provides thousands of images and in-depth analysis of inspiring window displays for the merchandising industry.
