Sheridan Library Services administered questionnaires to students who took part in Information Literacy workshops during the Winter 2009 academic term. Some students subsequently volunteered their time to take part in a focus group discussion to provide additional feedback. The names of focus group participants were entered in a draw for a Chapter’s gift certificate. The winner of the certificate was Arwa Sheikhalzoor.
